William Caldwell is a Senior Attorney in the General Liability Department at Homan, Stone & Rossi.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.  Mr. Caldwell obtained his juris doctor degree from the University of Arizona, College of Law.  

After graduation, he clerked for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office before deciding on private practice.  In 25 years of practice, Mr. Caldwell has obtained extensive experience in insurance defense litigation, and handling a wide variety of catastrophic bodily injury cases.  

Mr. Caldwell is licensed to practice law in all California State Courts, as well as the US District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
