Ted Travis is a Senior Attorney in the General Liability Department at Homan, Stone & Rossi.

With over 32 years of civil litigation experience representing individuals and entities as plaintiffs and defendants, Ted has tried, arbitrated, and mediated a wide variety of injury and property claims involving motor vehicles and transportation, premises liability, civil rights, products liability, and professional liability.

Ted also has concentrated experience in civil appeals, civil law & motion and discovery, post-judgment enforcement procedures, unlawful detainer, and 1st party uninsured / underinsured motorists’ claims.

Ted has volunteered during his career in several programs sponsored by the Los Angeles County Superior Court, including ADR (mediations and arbitrations) small claims court judge pro tem, and domestic violence clinic.

Ted’s non-professional interests include traveling, snorkeling, family, history, and 1960s music.
