Shaun Schreiber began her career in insurance defense in 1990 as a legal secretary.  While employed with house counsel for Safeco Insurance Company, she returned to school and obtained her Paralegal Certification from Cal State University Monterey Bay in 2000 and immediately took on the role of a paralegal.  After 16 years of employment with Safeco, she continued her career working with house counsel for State Farm where she remained for 11 years before finding a home at Homan, Stone & Rossi.  

While employed with the carriers, Ms. Schreiber took on leadership roles by mentoring and leading the paralegal teams.  She supported multiple attorneys simultaneously and assisted them with providing the clients the best possible representation.  She served on multiple local office committees, as well as corporate committees at State Farm with regards to diversity, inclusion, and mentoring.  She also carried the title of local IT Back-Up and assisted other house counsel offices in need of support.  

At Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Schreiber supports Partner Lisa Renaud, as well as the associate attorneys on her team.  Ms. Schreiber’s paralegal support includes preparation of discovery responses, drafting unique propounded discovery, subpoena orders and tracking, expert coordination, and trial preparation.
