Samson Blankenship is an Associate Attorney in the Workers' Compensation Department at Homan, Stone, & Rossi.

Mr. Blankenship has had prior experience as both a law clerk and attorney in the workers' compensation field since May of 2022. Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Mr. Blankenship has represented insured, municipalities, counties, third-party administrators, and self-insured entities in defense for both simple and complex cases. His practice and discovery skills include litigating both presumption and non-presumption cases in workers' compensation. He is involved in all aspects of discovery and adjudication of cases.

Prior to his career in law, Mr. Blankenship attended Brigham Young University of Idaho where he graduated in December of 2019 with a bachelor's degree in English. He proceeded to earn a Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in May of 2023. Mr. Blankenship was admitted to the California Bar in November of 2023.

His personal interests include weightlifting, playing the piano, and hiking with his wife.
