Robert Lawton is a Senior Attorney in the General Liability Department at Homan, Stone & Rossi.  Mr. Lawton is an experienced civil litigator for a wide variety of defendants. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007, where he was an Associate Literary Editor for the USF Maritime Law Journal. He obtained a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis in 2002. 

Mr. Lawton is admitted to practice in all California state courts and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. In his free time, Robert enjoys a spirited game of poker, and watching the San Francisco Giants defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers.
