Nestor Romero is an Associate Attorney in the General Liability Department at Homan, Stone, & Rossi. 

Mr. Romero earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University graduating with the honor of Summa Cum Laude. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law graduating with the honor of Magna Cum Laude.

During his law school career, Mr. Romero held an externship with a solo practitioner personal injury law firm that specialized in auto accidents and slip and falls. Mr. Romero was a member of the Criminal Law Society at Thomas Jefferson where he gained experience in trial preparation. He obtained the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Business Association, Constitutional Law, and Remedies along with the Jefferson Medal.

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Mr. Romero began his career as an associate attorney handling cases involving habitability issues in landlord and tenant matters. He also gained experience in calculating lost wages in employment cases and advocating for clients against discrimination in the workplace.

In his free time, Mr. Romero enjoys spending time with his wife and two senior dogs at the beach.
