Mirian Molina has over 27 years of legal/paralegal experience. Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Molina worked for law firms that specialize in insurance defense and employment, and has been the handling paralegal from case inception through settlement. Ms. Molina is fluent in the Spanish language and provides invaluable paralegal support to Spanish-only speaking clients.

At Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Molina supports Senior Attorney Lynn Rivera in both Nevada and California and assists in all phases of litigation up to and including trial-related support. 

Ms. Molina earned her Associates of Arts Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Los Angeles City College and recently earned her Associates of Science Degree from Diablo Valley College.
