Matthew Schiller is a Senior Attorney at Homan, Stone & Rossi.  He practices in casualty defense including, inter alia, wrongful death, premises liability, and trucking and insurance law, including special investigation unit litigation.  Matthew graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate and Masters of Dispute Resolution.  He has overseen hundreds of matters from demand letter to trial.  His most recent success includes a defense verdict at trial wherein Matthew successfully argued the plaintiff's injuries were not substantially caused by the defendant after the plaintiff overtreated and underwent surgery on a lien.  

Matthew enjoys barbecuing and cooking for his family in San Diego, California where he lives with his wife and young son.
