Kelley Belt joined Homan Stone & Rossi in October of 2018, and is the Workers’ Compensation Support Staff Supervisor. She handles calendaring for the W/C Department and handles the busy desk of the W/C Partner, Daniel Ajeigbe. Kelley is involved in hiring support staff, training new hires and overseeing the department as a whole.  

Kelley has over 38 years of legal experience. She began her legal career in Family Law, Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation Defense, but when she went into the field of Workers’ Compensation defense, she knew this was where she excelled best, now with over 35 years in this field.  

Kelley briefly worked for a construction/engineering company, working under the VP, the HR Director and Safety Director.  She handled their Workers’ Compensation claims; conducted monthly claims meetings with adjustors to discuss plans of action on litigated cases, performed safety meetings at job sites and was responsible for designing and presenting Safety Awards to employees at Safety Meetings. She missed the legal side of Workers’ Compensation and returned to what she loves most.

Kelley has been married for 40 years, loves spending time with her 4 grandchildren, camping and professional football. Kelley serves as Secretary on her HOA Board, where she resides.
