Juliet K. Mushet is a Senior Attorney in Homan, Stone & Rossi’s General Liability Department. She is licensed to practice in the State of California and in the U.S. District for the Southern District of California. Ms. Mushet received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and her Juris Doctorate from Whitter Law School. While in law school, Ms. Mushet was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board.

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Mushet completed a federal judicial clerkship working with the Honorable Bruce T. Beesley, whereby she gained invaluable insight with the judiciary decision-making process. Ms. Mushet has extensive litigation experience and is a versatile litigator. Her diverse practice includes the representation of insurance carriers, self-insureds and healthcare entities, involving personal injury, premise liability, product liability and toxic torts. Client engagement is central to litigation and Ms. Mushet is committed to maintaining a high level of communication. Ms. Mushet manages the relationship transparently so that her clients can see how their interests are being served at every stage of the litigation process.
