Joseph Sbuttoni is an experienced and creative defense attorney.  Mr. Sbuttoni is a graduate of the University of Tennessee School of Law and earned his license to practice law in California in 2001.  Since then, Mr. Sbuttoni has had the pleasure of representing Employers and Carriers with respect to civil matters including State and Federal workers’ compensation, labor relations, and employment litigation advice and counseling.  Specific industry experience includes transportation, hospitality, maritime, construction, and government contracted service industries.  Common to all industries and engagements, Mr. Sbuttoni strives to maintain strong client relationships through cost-effective, client-based advice and strategies.
