Francisco Rincon

Francisco Giacinti Rincon has been a paralegal for over six years and brings more than a decade of experience in the legal field. Prior to joining Homan, Stone, and Rossi, Mr. Rincon worked in various areas of law including Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Immigration, and Educational Law.  

Mr. Rincon received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Loyola University of Chicago and then attended University of La Verne College of Law where he earned his J.D. Mr. Rincon received the CALI awards for the highest grade in Family Law, Mediation, and Transactional Workshop. Mr. Rincon also became a certified mediator and did small claims and landlord/tenant mediation at the Fontana Superior Courthouse. He also completed the certification in advanced legal research. While in law school, Mr. Rincon was a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office where he worked in the Special Victim Impact Program for more than 350 hours.  

Mr. Rincon enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling, the Green Bay Packers, and a good round of golf.
