David Griego is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is an Associate Attorney at Homan, Stone & Rossi.

Mr. Griego attended California State University, Fullerton, where he graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a B.A.in American Studies. Making the decision to continue his education, Mr. Griego was accepted into Western State College of Law. Mr. Griego excelled in law school and was invited to join the school’s prestigious Moot Court and Law Review organizations. Additionally, he was awarded the opportunity to gain litigation experience under the tutor and mentorship of Honorable Judge John Zitny as a judicial law clerk. Mr. Griego graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors and was awarded with numerous Witkin Awards in the subjects of Professional Responsibility, Legal Writing, and Constitutional Law.

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Mr. Griego honed his litigation skill in the areas of criminal prosecution, personal injury, and consumer warranty litigation. During his time at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, he conducted felony level preliminary hearings and helped ensure that the crimes charged were done so within the legal standards and ethics. He continued to use his sound judgment in the personal injury field where he worked with hundreds of plaintiffs and litigated their cases from inception to settlement. Mr. Griego continued his litigation experience at a general liability defense and consumer warranty defense firm where he helped protect his client’s legal interest by successfully defending against claims brought under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.

Outside of his legal career, nothing is more important to David than his wife and daughter. When time permits, he loves camping, going to the beach, and watching sports.
