Danielle Kieler

Danielle Kieler is an Associate Attorney in Homan, Stone & Rossi’s General Liability Department.  She is licensed to practice law in California and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. She is admitted to the State Bar of California and the U.S. Central and Southern District Courts of California.  Ms. Kieler earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California at San Diego and was previously a research assistant at the Salk Institute. She graduated from California Western School of Law, where she was on the dean’s list, and earned honors in Business Law and California Civil Procedure

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Kieler worked for a boutique law firm where she handled high-dollar plaintiff cases, in addition to providing rigorous defense representation. Her clients included injured victims, as well as major cruise lines and public entities. She has significant experience in civil litigation across multiple practice areas, from pre-litigation through arbitration and trial, with a focus on complex federal civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and maritime actions. She utilizes her litigation knowledge and experience on both the defense and plaintiff sides, to formulate individualized, creative, and effective approaches to each case.  She is committed to fostering client relationships and obtaining the best results.
