Daniel Ajeigbe is a Partner at Homan, Stone & Rossi, skilled in simplifying complex California Workers’ Compensation matters as well as providing his clients with experience, knowledge and results they can rely on. Daniel is a skilled litigator and has tried several cases resulting in defense awards and take nothings. Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Daniel worked as an associate attorney at a large multi-state worker’s compensation defense firm. Before entering the worker’s compensation field, Mr. Ajeigbe practiced family law, criminal defense, personal injury and other civil litigation, as well as assisted with general litigation at a legal aid clinic. Clients are drawn to his style of file handling due to his ability to focus on the big picture while simultaneously ensuring the minute details are addressed. Mr. Ajeigbe has held leadership positions in various organizations both in and out of the legal field and has managed attorneys and legal clerks. Mr. Ajeigbe brings this leadership and management experience to his role in managing the Worker’s Compensation department at Homan, Stone & Rossi.
