Dana K. Brody is a Partner at Homan, Stone & Rossi.

Ms. Brody learned of her passion for the legal field when she studied pre-law at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She then attended Willamette University College of Law in Oregon on an academic scholarship. A model student, she received the highest grade in five classes, including Legal Research & Writing. She also won first place in the First Year Appellate Competition, was the Associate Editor of Law Review and a member of Moot Court for two years, and made the Dean’s Honors List.

Ms. Brody devoted the first 12 years of her career to a reputable insurance defense firm where she defended hundreds of individuals and business entities in civil litigation matters arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability issues, and habitability issues. Ms. Brody’s attention to detail and quality work product eventually led to a specialty in pre-litigation matters where she helped insurance companies and their policyholders settle wrongful death, personal injury, and catastrophic injury disputes without unnecessary litigation.
