Christina Aguilar

Christina Aguilar is an Associate Attorney in the Workers’ Compensation Department at Homan, Stone & Rossi.

She spent over two years specializing in insurance defense where she represented carriers in civil matters, including motor vehicle accidents, property damage, and wrongful death claims without unnecessary litigation. It was during this time that Ms. Aguilar learned the importance of zealous advocacy and effective communication.

Ms. Aguilar graduated from Western State College of Law and received her bachelor's degree with honors in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. During law school, she participated in extracurricular activities as the Vice President for the Latino Student Bar Association and America Bar Association Representative. She spent her last year of law school as a member of the mock trial team where she represented defense in both criminal and civil competitions. In addition to receiving a Witkin award for receiving the highest grade in Evidence Practice, she received a certificate of Exemplary Public Service for her clerkship at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Aguilar enjoys a good bingeworthy show, traveling, fitness, and anything related to food.
