Brandon M. Homan

Brandon M. Homan is a Senior Attorney in the Workers’ Compensation Department at Homan, Stone & Rossi.

Mr. Homan is dedicated to representing public entities, private employers, insurers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators in the defense of simple to complex cases involving Life Pension and/or Total Permanent Disability before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board throughout California. His practice includes involvement in all aspects of discovery and the adjudication of cases up to and including trial.

Mr. Homan graduated from Western State College of Law, magna cum laude, after having earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. At Western State, he was on the Dean’s List and received the Witkin Award for Contracts II. Mr. Homan sat on the board of Law Review as the Student Writer Editor and on the board of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association as the Public Event Chair. His personal interests include tennis, rock climbing, and skiing.
