Bernadette Rigo graduated from UC Berkeley in 1992. She earned her law degree at Santa Clara University in 1997 and was admitted to practice in California in 1997 and 2002 in Nevada.  She had been named Super Lawyer from 2013 to 2017.   Bernadette specializes in the areas of premises liability and employment.  She has experience in other areas of practice as well, including defamation, negligent security, motor vehicle accident, construction defect, OSHA and Nevada appellate practice.  She has given presentations on various subject matters relating to key issues in Nevada law, insurance claim practices, and employment law.  Bernadette is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in the State of California and the State of Nevada.
