Ben Rasmusen is licensed to practice law in California. He is a dedicated Associate Attorney at Homan, Stone & Rossi, where he specializes in insurance defense litigation and personal injury cases. With a robust foundation in legal research and case management, Ben is committed to providing strategic and effective representation for his clients.

Ben earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2018. During his time at USF, he was actively involved in the USF Maritime Law Journal, serving as a Senior Board Member and Literary Editor. Ben also played a significant role in the Moot Court program as a Development Director. During law school, Ben clerked at a personal injury firm, as well as the Eviction Defense Collaborative in San Francisco, CA.

Ben has been practicing law since October of 2020. He has managed a wide range of insurance defense litigation and personal injury cases from inception to resolution. In addition to his legal practice, Ben contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor at USF School of Law in 2018. He served as a Moot Court Alumni Coach.

Outside of his legal career, Ben enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
