Diane Garcia is a Senior Attorney with Homan, Stone & Rossi with experience in cases involving insurance defense, general litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, as well as plaintiff personal injury matters. She has law and motion, mediation and arbitration experience resulting in favorable outcomes for her clients. She received her B.A. from Pomona College and is a graduate of the University of LaVerne College of Law.

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Garcia worked for insurance defense firms handling personal injury litigation, and family law firms handling various matters involving divorce, support and custody matters, property division, and modification of orders, from inception to trial. Her wide breadth of experience has allowed her to work closely with involved parties to achieve the most favorable results while advocating for her clients. Her experience in handling cases involving both plaintiff and defense clients affords her insight and perspective in resolving matters.

Ms. Garcia enjoys spending time with her family, partaking in Southern California’s many offerings, and puzzles of all variations.
