Art Nguyen is a Senior Attorney at Homan, Stone & Rossi and was licensed to practice law in California on January 14, 2021.

Mr. Nguyen is a Bay Area native and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley. Upon graduating from college in 2013, he tutored and mentored at-risk youth in Richmond, California, before attending Golden Gate University, School of Law, and graduating in 2018.

During law school, Mr. Nguyen was a certified law clerk at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and clerked at a plaintiff personal injury law firm. 

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Mr. Nguyen was a staff attorney for an insurance carrier and spent several years litigating auto collisions.  He also handled plaintiff subrogation cases and conducted several examinations under oath of insurance claimants.  

Outside of his legal career, Mr. Nguyen is a commissioned officer in the United States Army Reserve. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching the San Francisco 49ers. He is also conversational in Vietnamese.
