Alex Laubach

Alex Laubach, Senior Attorney in the Workers' Compensation Department at Homan, Stone & Rossi, represents self-insured employers, insurance carriers, and public entities in all aspects of workers' compensation. 

Mr. Laubach came to HS&R with workers' compensation defense experience, devising case strategy and managing files from initial analysis to resolution. He also developed expertise in matters related to complex healthcare professional claims and liens, especially med-legal liens and non-IBR disputes.

Previously, he founded and helped manage a firm's workers’ compensation practice, representing applicants and personal injury plaintiffs, gaining an understanding of the workers' compensation system and strategy from both perspectives. He was also previously a Managing Attorney, where he represented Social Security disability claimants, gaining particular experience in physician depositions.

Mr. Laubach received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. He also holds undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Spanish Literature from Arizona State University.
