Jessica Palmer is a Senior Attorney in the Workers’ Compensation department at Homan, Stone & Rossi. 

After earning a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from San Francisco State University in 2007, Ms. Palmer started her career in Workers’ Compensation as a Claims Adjuster. 

While working full time as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster, Ms. Palmer earned her Juris Doctorate from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay in 2018. Once admitted to the California State Bar, Ms. Palmer’s experience as a Claims Adjuster led her to defend insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in all areas of state Workers’ Compensation defense.

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Palmer worked as an associate attorney at a Southern California Workers’ Compensation defense firm, handling all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Defense. 

In her spare time, Ms. Palmer loves to travel and spend time with her family.
