Jennifer Johnson
Jennifer Johnson is a senior attorney in the Workers Compensation Department at Homan, Stone and Rossi. She graduated with a BA in International Relations and French from Brigham Young University, and has studied abroad in England and France. She obtained her law degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School (BYU). Her prior experience includes working as an extern in the U.S. District Court in Utah during law school, and as a law clerk in the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office. She is also experienced in the growing practice of e-Discovery, especially in the area of mergers and acquisitions and FTC Requests. In her workers compensation career, she has worked for both small and large firms, representing insured and self-insured entities, insurance companies and TPAs. She has defended her clients through all aspects of workers compensation, from inception through the discovery process to settlement and trials. She has presented workers compensation topics to claims adjusters in the Industrial Claims Association in San Francisco. Jennifer values integrity and attention to detail, and seeks to represent her clients with efficacy and dedication.
Outside of the law, she has volunteered with the Girl Scouts and with children and youth in her church. Her personal interests include spending time with her family and pets, especially traveling around the United States and hiking mountain trails, running, reading, and watching Jeopardy and movies of most genres.
