Marc S. Lafer is a Senior Trial Attorney at Homan, Stone & Rossi.  Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Mr. Lafer had been a partner for panel counsel as well as a managing attorney for a national insurance carrier.  He is also a recovering consumer attorney.

Mr. Lafer has successfully tried numerous jury trials throughout Southern California.  His experience is wide-ranging from LSVI, Special Investigations, TBI’s, wrongful death, CRPS, sexual abuse, spinal surgery, ESI and facet injections, public entity and medical malpractice and professional liability cases.  He has handled Examinations Under Oath (EUO’s), and first and third-party claims.  Mr. Lafer is a former voluntary settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court.
