Anthony O. Ricucci

Anthony O. Ricucci has over 35 years of successful jury trial experience in defense of injury cases, products liability and premises liability cases, construction defects, real estate and professional liability cases in both state and federal courts. He specializes in general civil litigation and complex tort cases, focusing on defending individuals, municipalities and corporations against claims of personal injuries and products liability. He gained his initial trial experience with the U.S. Attorneys’ Offices in Washington D.C. and San Francisco, training at the Attorney General’s Advocacy Institute in Washington D.C. He served as a law clerk to USDC Senior Judge Hon. William K. Thomas. He has first chair jury trial experience and first chair court trial experience, and has represented clients in numerous arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences. He has served as a panel arbitrator for the San Francisco Superior Court, and as Judge pro tem for the Alameda Courts.

In addition to Mr. Ricucci’s legal affiliations, he has served eight years on the fundraising committees of the Hamlin School and Town School in San Francisco. He has also coached high school basketball teams at San Rafael H.S. and at Tamalpais H.S. in Marin County, California.
