Michael Nguyen is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is an Associate Attorney at Homan, Stone & Rossi.

Mr. Nguyen attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. Making the decision to continue his education, Mr. Nguyen was accepted into the Chapman Fowler School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Nguyen clerked for prominent personal injury law firms where he developed and honed his litigation skills advocating for injured plaintiffs from inception to settlement. 

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Mr. Nguyen handled high-exposure cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death arising out of vehicular collisions, trucking accidents, product defects, and premises liability claims.  He also handled breach of contract litigation and financial services.  In so doing, he is responsible for all aspects of case management. He is adept at attacking complex problems with innovative solutions and efficiency, without sacrificing quality.

Outside of his legal career, nothing is more important to Mr. Nguyen than his wife and daughter. When time permits, he loves spending time outdoors with his family camping and hiking.
