Michaele M. Gonzalez is a Senior Attorney in the General Liability Department at Homan, Stone & Rossi.

Ms. Gonzalez attended California State University, San Bernardino, where she graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. Ms. Gonzalez received her J.D. from California Western School of Law. She is licensed to practice in the State of California, as well as the U. S. District Court for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts.

Prior to joining Homan, Stone & Rossi, Ms. Gonzalez worked for a firm handling a diverse case load of transactional, probate, family, and civil litigation matters, including general liability, personal injury, contract disputes, property disputes, elder abuse claims, and employment litigation. While there, Ms. Gonzalez litigated matters from inception to completion and worked closely with clients on a variety of matters to ensure client satisfaction and achieve the best possible outcome in every matter. Ms. Gonzalez also worked for a nationwide law firm representing a wide variety of insurance carriers and financial institutions. There, Ms. Gonzalez litigated subrogation claims for insurance carriers and defended businesses against claims for violation of the Unfair Competition Law, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, in addition to claims for premises liability.

Her personal interests include running, hiking, and being a dedicated sports fan.
